A typical example of how Trimite will respond to customer’s needs in the lighting sector is as follows:-

A customer who purchased both Trimite and a competitor’s product had their production line shut down, due to depressions or ‘fish eyes’ in their bulk color. Despite the product not being Trimite’s, the technical team were on site that day to review the situation. Following that, production rushed through a special batch to match the competitor’s product in only a day, which the technical team then took to the customer. Having run it on line, all depressions disappeared, and production were up and running again.

Dean Oswald (production manager) said,”We really avoided the worst here, due to Trimite’s problem solving capabilities, and quick batch turnaround. A possible shut down of weeks turned into a shut down of days”.
